Bubbles Photography has conducted hundreds of photo shoots for thousands of parents since 2006

2.Is this possible if we have a “no poolside photography” policy?
Bubbles Photography has full awareness and conformity to “no poolside photography” policies
We request parents complete an authorisation form before the shoot
The photos are taken of one subject at a time so no one else can ever be in the shot
3.Our pool is constantly busy; do we have to close it for the photo shoot?
No, you will not need to close the pool. We only require a small corner of the pool
4.Will the shoot disrupt our lessons?
The shoot can be conducted before and after lessons so there is no disruption, or within the lesson if parents prefer
5.Will other people be worried that they will be in the photos?
As we only use a small corner of the pool it will be clear to the other swimmers that no one else will get into the camera shots
The backdrop is directly behind the subject so no one else will be in the photo
6.What happens to the photos after the photo shoot?
The photos will be kept for 1 week after the photo shoot after which they are deleted
7.Can the swim school use the images for promotional & marketing purposes?
Yes, Bubbles Photography will select a few of the best photos and ask the parents to sign an authorisation form
The centre can use the photos for promotional purposes and will also receive a copy of the authorisation form
8.Underwater photography is expensive; will my clientele be able to afford the photos?
Bubbles Photography provides the shoots for free, with no obligation for the parents to buy
